Prices per week (in UK Sterling)
Prices include all bed linen & towels, including pool towels, and cleaning after departure.
Change over day: Saturday - arrive after 4pm, leave by 10am
An extra charge for heating and electricity will be made from October to April inclusive

Prices per week (in UK Sterling)
The swimming pool can be heated from April to October if requested.
There is air conditioning in all four bedrooms.
Half of the rental charge is payable on booking and the final balance is payable 10 weeks before departure.
A returnable security deposit of £500 is due with the final balance payment.
